Privacy

When it comes to the privacy of our customers, we make it a policy not to share any of the financial information on your account with outside parties except as required to transact your order. We do not rent, sell, trade, or otherwise provide customer names, mailing or Email addresses to outside parties.

When you place an order, we ask you to provide information to complete your order by filling out and submitting an on-line form. This information includes your name, telephone numbers, mailing address, Email address and credit card information. All information regarding our online customers is stored on a highly secure server that is not accessible through the Internet. When making a purchase, you will shop in a secure mode using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption – the Internet standard for allowing businesses and consumers to communicate and engage in secure electronic transactions. Your ordering information, including credit card number and expiration date, will remain encrypted and secure throughout the entire ordering process.

Children’s Guidelines

BDN Medical Supply.com is committed to protecting the privacy of all on-line users, especially children. In cooperation with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information about children under the age of thirteen without prior parental consent. BDN Medical Supply.com sells products intended for purchase only by adults. If you are a child under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian to assist you in using the BDN Medical Supply.com site.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. BDN Medical Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason including but not limited to dollar amount and shipping destination. BDN Medical Supply also reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. BDN Medical Supply is a reseller to end user customers only and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by BDN Medical Supply.com. BDN Medical Supply.com does not sell or ship products outside of the 48 contiguous United States.

Order Cancellations

We are unable to refund any purchase from the BDN Medical Supply.com website from the time your order is placed until your merchandise is received by you and returned to us. Please see our return policy for instructions on returning products.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax on taxable items shipped to customers within the state of California. The online catalog system will estimate sales tax at 7.75% on taxable items, however actual sales tax may vary based on the actual city and county shipping destination. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to states other than California.

Insurance Reimbursements

BDN Medical Supply.com is not a provider for any insurance plan including Medicare at this time. We will be happy to assist you by providing a detailed invoice with every order so that you may submit your own claim and be reimbursed for any item covered. Please contact Medicare or your insurance company for claim forms and instructions.

Returns

At BDN Medical Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. There are times however, when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case, we’ll gladly replace them within 30 days from date of purchase for a full credit. All returned items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returned merchandise must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased. Additional charges may apply for any missing items. Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Please note; shipping charges are reimbursed for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items only. For all other returns, shipping charges will apply and must be prepaid. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer’s policy. Should an item be refused upon delivery, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Merchandise returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Before returning items, you must email us with a reason for the return, and to receive a Return Authorization number (RA), which will be valid for ten days from the date of issue. Do not return merchandise without first obtaining a RA number from us. A return without a Return Authorization Number or an expired Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Once received, simply write the RA number on a prepaid shipping label, and return the merchandise within 10 business days to the return shipping address supplied with the RA number. Please note that special orders, opened incontinent supplies and sterile products, bathroom equipment, wound care, compression hosiery and personal care items that come in contact with the human body are not returnable. If defective, these items can be replaced by an identical item only.

Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in accordance with this policy, the purchase price and return shipping charges, if applicable, will be credited to your account. Please allow 5 days from the time we receive your returned merchandise until we process your credit. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 7-10 days for the new package to arrive

Warranties

All new products are sold with the original manufacturer warranty and will vary by manufacturer and product. Please refer to the warranty associated with each individual product you have purchased.

Web Site Errors

BDN Medical Supply.com makes no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete or current. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error in pricing or product information we receive from our suppliers, BDN Medical Supply.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect data. BDN Medical Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase, and your order is canceled, BDN Medical Supply.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
